For the last 20 years I have been involved with health services and education. I enjoy sharing what I have researched and experienced as important factors contributing to better health. I consider preventive care to be a very important part of growing healthy and with my full capacity for the rest of my life.

Preventive care includes good nutrition, exercise, spending time in nature, good relationships, massage, meditation…and Healthy Homes and Spaces.
Many preventive measures cost nothing or very little! You just need the right information and awareness. This is the basis of my services: to help you understand how the environment is affecting your health.

Our homes, offices and schools are often more polluted than the outside environment. I can help you find out how you can improve the quality of your life and health in your home, bedroom and areas where you spend the most time. If you have children, they need to be in the most natural environment to support the growth of their body, mind and spirit. They deserve the best!
